Yes. Ordinary work and home laptops are within the assessment categories. The exact model, configuration and condition determine whether an offer can be made after inspection.
What if the laptop specifications are unknown?
Share the model label and the details you can find in system information. Contact the team if it will not start. Unknown configurations require an individual inspection rather than an assumed online value.
Is the online amount a guaranteed purchase price?
No. A numerical estimate is available only where approved pricing exists for the selected device. The final amount and acceptance are confirmed after physical inspection; unlisted models need an individual assessment.
Can I bring a locked, broken or water-damaged device?
Disclose all faults before visiting. Broken and water-damaged devices are reviewed individually, without guaranteed acceptance. The owner must remove Find My / Activation Lock or Google account protection before an agreed handover. Never send us your account password.
